I own a piece of property inj another state than my own. I would like
to add, in addition to my name, the name of my son so that we would
have joint ownership. It was recommended that i use a "Quit Claim"
form for this action.
What exactly do I write into the Quit Claim form to accomplish this?

Hi, you can do this yourself, I did and it was rejected as not being
in the proper format. This may not happen to you, what I ended up
doing was taking the deed to a local escrow company and they did
everything for me and charged a small fee.
