My legitimate non-profit organization's domain has been put on an
anti-spam blacklist titled "spammers.v6net.org". I have learned from
the following website :
http://www.email-policy.com/Spam-black-lists.htm that this is an
"Arbitrary Black Hole List". This all happened when our CEO sent out
an email to all on his contact list. My question is: How do I get our
domain removed from this black list?

To clarify, our CEO's contact list of 2300 addresses was broken into
23 distribution lists, then the same email was mailed out once to each
distribution list (I believe Exchange limits you to 100 recipients per
email). Soon afterward, our ability to send and receive outside email
stopped, with messages referring to the blacklist I've mentioned.

We NEVER send out unsolicited emails. No cold calls or anything like
that for donations. The emails that went out before this all happened
(what I'm assuming triggered the situation) were known contacts of our
CEO, who was upset over the weekend to find that his following emails
to outside addresses (a day after the large volume of emails went out)
were bouncing back.

Good to hear about v6net.org. So, I should not be concerned about
this? I also ran our IP and found that we were coming up on
"FIVETENSRC".

Do people have to specifically tell your non-profit that they want
your emails before you email them?

v6net.org was bought by a bulk-domain buyer this weekend and is being
used by spammers to discredit anti spam blacklists. Most ISP's have
disabled the use of v6net.org blacklists today
