Hello alex100!

I located the number of patent infringement lawsuits that have been
filed in the United States in 2003. I found this in a recent magazine
article from November 2004.

Would this information with a link to the article be of your interest?

Thanks,
Bobbie7

Hi Bobbie7,

Thanks, but, I am afraid, not. I really need the data for 2004. Thanks anyway.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm still searching but in any case this
question will remain open and hopefully another researcher will find
the exact figures you require.

Best regards,
Bobbie7

Alex100,

I wrote to uscourts.gov ( www.uscourts.gov/contact.html ) and they
replied that Statistical reports for 2004 will be available on the
website in March.

In any case here are the 2003 statistics.
