FreeBSD Kernel panic

Hardware Details:
Chassis: Tyan Transport GX28 (B2882)
Motherboard: Thunder K8S Pro (S2882)
Memory: 1G Registered ECC
Disk: 36G WD Raptor

Right now we are running amd64/FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE #0

The machines only runs Mysql and under load the kernel panics and we
get the following error:

Not sure what is causing this problem!  very perplexing!
