I am a Recruiter looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Mortgage Loan Closer(preferrably with Government;FHA/VA loan experience). The position is located in Southern New Jersey. A specific Name/Phone # or Email would be ideal. I've tried typing in "meet the staff" "se habla espanol" "Mortgage" and had some minimal results. There are only a few Mortgage companies that I have identified that even have Bilingual Loan Closers. There are very few of these on the internet job boards. I know that this is a challenging assignment and likely outside the realm of typical "research" but I wanted to throw the challenge out there to see if anyone rises to the occasion. If succesful, I will tip and there would be future business at a higher $ rate. FYI- A Mortgage Loan Closer is a person that finishes and gets all the final documentation done on a Mortage Loan; Originators sell it, Underwriters Underwrite it. They are often in their own and sometimes "protected corporate environment." In job boards, they are usually found under the "Financial Services" or "Mortgage" categories. |

Just a hint from a Researcher who has answered more than 1500 questions: as a brand new customer without a track record on GA, you may get better results by offering a higher fee up front than by mentioning the possibility of a tip. Unfortunately, most of us have been "stiffed" by people who promised to tip, and then did not do so. |

Hello recruiter-ga, Going along with Pinkfreud's suggestion, please take a look at the Google Answers pricing guidelines so that you can calibrate your expectations. A "challenge for a top researcher" at $3.50 is a contradiction in terms. http://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html Google Answers: How to price your question $2 - $5 · -- Can be answered with a single link or a single piece of information. Sometimes, if a researcher is personally interested in the question's subject, they may provide a longer answer. -- Not appropriate for multipart questions. -- Only 60% of the questions asked in this price range are answered. Good luck. ~ czh ~ |

Have you tried such sites as Monster or Careerbuilder, to look for qualified applicants? You could also post a add in newspapers. I am including a link that lists newspaper websites for America. http://www.monster.com http://www.careerbuilder.com/ http://www.usnpl.com/ |

Having asked lots of questions, some answered -- some not, price your question in direct proportion to it's worth to you. In other word, at $3.50 it doesn't seem worth much. Another way to think of it is, what would you be willing to do for: $3.50 cents. |

Recruiter -- I would pick up the phone and call the embassy or consulate office of any Spanish-speaking countries in the area. You might be surprised how well networked they are. Best regards, Omnivorous-GA |
