I'am interested in purchasing a tension set titanium engagement ring,
however, I have some concerns regarding the safety of such a setting.
What I would like is some links to independent information about the
safety of these settings (i.e. the likelihood of the diamond coming
loose). By independant I really mean information that is not
published by the jewellers/manufacturers of these rings. I'am fairly
familiar with the information available on the websites of various
jewellers but I would like something that is not influenced by the
profit motive. Additionally any anecdotal evidence from people who
have tension set titatium rings would be welcome.
