Biggest in what sense?

I'm pretty sure there are pipelines with polymer linings that extend
for thousands of miles.  Would identifying one or more of these serve
as an answer to your question?

I need the biggest single structure.  Pipes are linked together by
fasteners (bolts or something) whereas what I'm looking for is the
largest single continuous structure where the linking object is the
polymer itself.

but again, it depends on just what you mean by "largest" and
"structure".  This is clearly a structure, in the usual sense of the
word, but it is also made up of linked components, which you seem to
want to avoid.

Can you give us an example of a really large polymer object that
better meets your criteria, so we can then look for the largest of its
kind...?

LOL, great minds think alike! I thought about piplines too, didn't
know if the questioner would consider that one object or many. The
royal commission project in Yanbu, Saudia Arabia, is 3700mm diameter
and 11,000 linear meters in size. I don't know the volume of material
compared to the bridge tho.

My first thought was "Anna Nicole Smith," but fortunately I've had
other thoughts since.

OK, thanks for the clarification on the pipelines, that should rule
out the bridge too because it is built from prefabricated components.
My next guess would be the Staten Island 9-11 memorial built by
Reichhold.
