I am looking for an easy way to create "templated" html pages from an
Excel or delimited file.  I want the output to be one page per row or
record.  The application that comes to mind is the old MS Word mail
merge where you end up with one letter per page.  I want to try and
stay away from Word though as the HTML is not good.  I would like to
select a template or maybe create my own.  Ideally the application
will create an index page with links to all the pages created.  I
don't want the pages in frames - I prefer individual pages with links
back to the index page.
