Who is leading software Venture Capital Fund Company in the US?  I am
looking for mainly for a VC that has helped software companies in the
West North Central and Mountain regions of the US.

There are dozens of "leading" VC firms in Silicon Valley alone.  Just
as an example, the lead investors in Google were two different
companies: Sequoia Capital  and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
