Dear roversam,

I have found a photo of that lectern on the Sundance Film Festival's
website. However, to view a bigger version, fee-based registration is
necessary:

Would that be what you are looking for?

Dear roversam,

In order to get a larger version of the photograph, you will have to
register with the image service WireImage, who manages the official
Sundance Film Festival photos. Registration, as I already mentioned,
is subject to a fee.

If you follow this link and scroll down to image #2042312, you will
see the lectern:

Then, simply click the image to start the registration process.

Pardon me, but that is not a guitar. It appears to be a contra bass.
So, I think you have the correct answer but the wrong instrument.
