It seems most health insurance companies in the USA require state
residency.  I want the freedom to move to any state, without having to
apply again for individual health insurance.

What I need is list of health insurance companies which will cover me
in any state without requiring residency in any specific state.

Or at least companies that operate in many states, and will allow me
to transfer my insurance without requiring a new application,  and at
similar rates.
