Hello,

A criminal that I have sued ?Pro Se? is currently hiding assets. I now
have hearsay evidence indicating there may be significant assets. I do
not know where the money is. I understand that by hearsay type of
evidence that the defending party has large sums of money
(pensions, trusts) earned from suing the United States Airforce and
Pilsbury. The defendant also owns a house and autos. I only have a
DOB and address and short list of visible property

The individual has held few jobs and none that I am aware of since
1999. The defendant has recently (2002-03) entered into a divorce
process and has been awarded marital separation.Where can I go to find
out more about the details. This individual is in prison and has been
convicted in a criminal court.

During the award process how can I find these hidden assets and
effectively collect on the judgments? I have no contract with an
attorney not knowing that the defendant had assets, I was not prepared
to pay the attorney fees with no certain reward. If the assets were
defined ahead of time an attorney would have jumped in. That was not
the case.

Of course I?m looking for cost-effective methods but will certainly
consider everything. So... research experts, where can I start to look
and find the money that will repair the damages of a lost home and
career?

Finding hidden assets can be very difficult without professional
assistance. If I were in your position, I would turn this over to a
specialist.

I can direct you to an online resource where you can post a
description of the situation, and private investigators who specialize
in finding hidden assets will bid on your project. You are not
obligated to accept any of the bids. You can expect a wide range of
offers (usually starting at around $200), with the price depending
upon the amount of experience each investigator offers, and the
projected depth of the investigation. Would that be a satisfactory
answer to your question?

Have you had time to consider my suggestion of hiring a professional?
An investment in the services of a specialist is, I believe, your best
option. Finding hidden assets is not an easy task. I know, since I
once found myself in a situation that made it necessary for me to
track down some missing money from a family estate. Without the help
of a professional, I would still be wondering where that money went.
