I need to know revenues, in Europe as a whole, for Pay-per view
services, Premium movie channels (which licesnse movies in the "firs
pay window"), and other pay movie channels (such as "libary" movie
channels).

I have been able to find out that all of these tv sources of revenue
represent around 28% of film industry revenues, but I am looking for
the breakdown among these different types of tv revenue, and I am
ideally looking for total retail revenues, not wholesale revenues to
the movie studios.
