Can you identify and provide contact information (including resume if
possible) for at least five superb private consulting engineers
preferably in the mid-atlantic region (as close as possible to
Baltimore) who are highly knowledgeable and experienced with:
commercial liquid dispensing at the microliter level, benchtop
robotics, and design of moldable plastic disposable parts.  An
entrepreneurial flair would be helpful but is not required.
