I suggest you e-mail someone who has already purified Cytochrome C in a published article that you find interesting. Tell them briefly about your project (just a few words) and ask them for a protocol and some hints. Good luck! |

It seems to me that it's a maybe little improper and definitely impolite to post a google question, but specify that you just want someone to answer your question by leaving a comment. If you want to post a question, but have no intention of paying should your question be answered, there's a place for you, and it's called usenet. http://groups.google.com is the place to start. However, don't expect that they will say anything different from what the experts here say, which I will repeat. It's such a big question, you need to consult the many good volumes available at your college's library on the subject. |

get your hands on any collage level chemistry book (tome) and they usually have purification methods in it!!!! |
