List auto auctions in the North Eastern US that meet all of this criteria:
1. Dealer license required to bid
2. Auction salvage motorcycles, not just cars
3. List of vehicles and auction times available on company website ahead of auction

Example of such auction: www.iaai.com and www.copart.com (note keywords)
List must contain at least 3 separate auctions (not multiple locations
of the same auction company) that meet ALL above criteria. Public
auctions, ebay and similar don't qualify.
