I would like a long list of dial-up ISPs in EU (except UK and Ireland)
that provides free internet dialup services.

Each entry in the list would have this information:
- Country
- ISPs name
- Phone number(s), including access code to country
- Username/Password, if required
- Source URL, where was the found
- Source Date, if available
- Registration URL, if registration is required

Obviously there are a lot of information out there that is outdated.
So please, don't include information from pages that are out-of-date.

I will not be satisfied until I have got information about atleast 15
ISPs (no more than 5 in the same country) that actually work for me.
So please provide more initially..

I don't want any information about services that requires payment or
credit-card validation etc.

I cannot provide you with a list like the one you need, however I can
