Sometime about 1.5 years ago (approximately during late 2003, I believe), I
found a lighting fixture on the web that I am interested in purchasing. 
However, at the time, I did not bookmark the site, I only grabbed the
picture and brief descriptive text.  I would like to be informed of
the contact information for the companies that currently manufactures
(one company) and distributes (at least one company) this light
fixture.  I have a picture (that I can email) and a brief description.
 The description is as follows:

The transformer has a diameter of 7" and is standard black. A metal
cover in metal can be purchased for an up charge.
