I'm thinking of paying someone to make cold calls to every business in the NY Yellow Pages for Manhattan. Do new telemarketing laws apply to businesses? I'm not selling anything via the phone, btw. The transaction "completes" if the person wants me to visit their site, not when they order something over the phone. |
