I'm looking for newly updated CD-Roms, printed directories and
website listings to gather contact details of companies in Asia.

I need the following data:

1. Company name and address
2. Contact person ( ideally the person in charge such as, MD or GM )
3. Phone & fax number
4. Email & URL ( optional )
5. Nature of business

Priority:

1. Hong Kong
2. Malaysia
3. Singapore
4. Shanghai & Bejing
5. Jakarta ( Indonesia )
6. Manila ( Philippines )
7. Bangkok ( Thailand )

Company size does not matter, any company local or foreign owned,
small or large,any industry.

I would need at least 150,000 to 200,000 company records per country.

Contact information like you've requested is routinely available from
several well-established business information providers like Dun and
Bradstreet:

where you can search for firms in the countries you specify, either
one by one, or by creating large marketing lists.

Are those the sort of services you're looking for?  Is the Alibaba
directory mentioned in the comments (below) more to your liking?

It would be helpful to have a better understanding of just what sort
of directories you need, before we head off in a less than useful
direction.

Visit the following site, it has a listing of thousands of asian
companies and thier products with all the info you need about them,
including company incharge, phone, fax and other info.

Some clarifications:

We are not interested in websites such as   www.alibaba.com or
websites who sell company reports for a high amount, such as
www.dnb.com

It's to much work to grab database by database.

We need bulk databases, ideally on CD-Rom or downloadable.
