There is a website which deals in Martial arts related matters,
products, publications and defense/weaponry/military related
publications and such.
I have been to this site numerous times in the past however it has
been over a year since I last visited and have since forgotten its
name. I have been unable to locate it in Google search. All I remember
of the name is that it sounded along the lines of: Bukkaiken.com?  or
Bukenkai.com? Not sure but sounded very much like one of those. Could
you find out the website name for me?

www.budokai.info seems to be similar to what you are describing.

Budo translates something similar to "Way of the Warrior".
Kai is literally "Association".

So a martial arts club in your neighbourhood might be called "Station
Street Budo Kai" ("Station Street Way of the Warrior Association", but
more commonly "Station St Martial Arts club")

But thats not the site, The site in question has mostly black
background If I recall and also deals in selling books/publications
related to martial arts/ extreme combats/ military related books and
such.

Since it has been a year since you have accessed the site it is quite
possible that the site may look different (different color background,
etc.), may not have the same content, and may even possibly not be in
business any more.

highly doubtful. You see this site specialized in these things and has
been around for years since when I first saw its URL in one of my
martial arts magazines which I cant find at the moment. The site was
dedicated to the mentioned things.

Thanks but it's none of those sites. Also the name I remember was
specifically like Bukkaiken or Bukkenkai or Bokkukai...
