What does the acronym FNMBSC stand for when discussing what mortgage
interest rates are tied to?  I was told that our interest rates are
tied to "FNMBSC."  Your help with this is appreciated.

Whatever this is, it's obscure.  The Google index doesn't have
anything at all for those letters.  FNM is the symbol for mortgage
lender Fannie Mae, but Fannie Mae doesn't seem to have any BSC.  I'd
suggest you ask the lender to explain it.
