In new passenger automobile manufacturing in North America I'd like to
know the relative prevalence of the following compounds - plastics,
composites, steel, aluminum, titanium, and laminates, in each of the
following specific areas, or sub-groups of vehicle construction:
-Body in White (frame, etc.)
-Interiors (seats, dash, stow-n-go, etc.)
-Structural & hidden (inner doors, hoods, roof, trunk, floor)
-housing assemblies (lights, etc)
If the information was available for current state firstly, and to
some point in the future, say 10-15 years, that would be ideal.
Thank you. |
