How many McDonalds Happy Meals are served each day?

Howdy abbygrrlsmom-ga,

I have found figures which would lead to an estimated range of the number
sold each day in the U.S. in 2003.  It also appears that this number has
not changed substantially since then.  Would this work for you?  Thanks!

hoping for a more specific number/estimate than over a million as
