What technology/technology services divisions, units, spinoffs, etc. of larger
companies are being offered for sale at the present time?  Ideally the
divisions, units, spinoffs would have sales in excess of $100 million
but less than $1.5 billion.  The answer should include the brokers,
agents, or intermediaries that could be contacted to inquire about the
sale.
