I want to purchase a phone card so that my best friend can call me in
the U.S. from Mexico. We have been using MCI at 36 cents a minute but
my card with them is not working reliably.  Where can I purchase a
card that is around the same price, preferably cheaper, that is also
reliable.  I want to e-mail my friend the information on how to use
the card so would like to purchase it on-line.  Thank you- it will be
great to get to speak with my friend again (she has no number for me
to call her at yet which is why I need to Mexico to US card info.)
