How could a woman, who had just been successfully artificially
inseminated, meet the donor of her child's sperm, in person, prior to
the birth of her child?

Dear hgrieve,

In many cases, donors want to remain anonymous. If this is the
situation, then the right to privacy is protected by law and the
release of info could result in sanctions and lawsuits against the
facility. Simply contact the facility and ask if the donor has decided
to remain unknown, If so, there is no legal way to find out the info.
