How much were NSDAP (Nazi party) monthly membership dues?

I have found the exchange rate from 1933 to 1941 when official
exchange was suspended around 2.49 RM bought one US dollar meaning a
RM was worth about 40 US cents.

I also found the wage for a average US worker was 50 to 75 cents per
hour in the USA during the war. I suspect the average German worker
received around one RM per hour.

The Nazi Party can also be a broad term for many Nazi interest
organizations (there were a number of them that went by a variety of
names).

I can tell you ONE EXAMPLE of what a person's dues were to a "subdiary
group" of the Nazi party during this period, if you will accept that
as an answer. You wil also find, but this example, that the dues were
not alwasy the same from one month to another.

Consider this and let me know if it answers your question.

There were a number of groups related to the Nazi Party including but
not limited to Arbeitsfront and it?s subsidiary group called the
"Kraft durch Freude". Monthly dues varied, even among individual
members. Here you will see an example of a page taken from an
Arbeitsfront membership book ("Mitgliedsbuch") where you can clearly
see the stamps (given in exchange as proof of payment) ranged from
2.20RM to 6.15RM for this one individual.

I'm aware there were many sub-organizations of the NSDAP i.e KDF, DAF,
ect. I have seen NSDAP annual member dues stamps with a face value
denomination for 197 RM which I now know would equate to well over
$1,000 US dollars in todays money. Obviously this is not the required
dues for most NSDAP party members.

What I want to know is how much NSDAP dues were and how they were
determined i.e. class groups.

-----

I found this reference for German industrial worker weekly wages.

1939- 38.72 RM
1940- 39.89 RM
1941- 42.51 RM
1942- 42.76 RM
1943- 42.94 RM
1944- 42.45 RM

In the book Papers Please! by R & J Cowdery on page 86 it says
contributions (dues) were 3 RM per month and Spenden (donations) &
Hilfskasse (relief to needy members) was 30pf per month. That's 39.90
RM per year or around one weeks pay for most. Now consider I have
bought NSDAP revenues in excess of 150 RM and seen them as high as
197+ RM.

I really want to know the various rate classes and how members were
classed for dues. Did income determine the dues fee similar to income
tax brackets? If so what were the different classes or brackets?

Hi fp-ga,

I'm looking for a NSDAP dues rate chart but I can't find what you are
talking about.

This a webpage by the German Bundesarchiv (Koblenz) on NSDAP membership:
http://www.bundesarchiv.de/aktuelles/aus_dem_archiv/galerie/00067/index.html

According to this example of a membership card
http://www.bundesarchiv.de/imperia/md/images/abteilungen/abtr/nsdapmitgliedschaftswesen/7.jpg
this party member paid (not regularly) a monthly fee of 1 RM during
the first year of membership.

The webpage mentioned in my previous comment "has a length of 1777 characters".

Using http://tinyurl.com/ (thank you, pinkfreud-ga, for pointing to this website)
"resulted in the following TinyURL which has a length of 24 characters":
http://tinyurl.com/4qj5n

According to this webpage the "Beitragsordnung vom 29.10.1935" was
valid in 1938 following the occupation of Austria.

However, I did not find "a NSDAP dues rate chart".
