what is the avarage or a typical amount of snow to fall in Mt. Gongga
otherwise known as Minya Konka in China over a winter?

I doubt that you'll find any reliable long-term weather information
from this isolated part of the world, but here's a link to nice
day-by-day diary of an ascent of Minya Konka, which seemed to include
an awful lot of snowfall:
