How can I send a highlighted, (excerpt) portion of a web page from a
website to an e-mail address, but not as an attachment.

When you have highlighted the part that you want to send press ctlr-C
at the same time that will copy the text to your clipboard,open your
email program or account and begin to compose a new message.Click your
mouse where you would normally start the body of the message and press
ctlr-v that will paste the text from the website into yor email.Look
