Update failed  Error code 0x2x2(2) cordbq.exe.oxc 14 check settings.
I was installing Windows updateMicrosoft.net Framework 1.0 Service
Pack 3 English version.  I am operating with Windows Xp Home edition.

Uninstall the .Net Framework 1.0 and install over it with 1.1.  This
may be a bug in 1.0 that was resolved in 1.1.  The appropriate
download link for 1.1 is here:

Unless you have a specific need for the .Net Framework there is no
reason to even have it installed.  If you are a simple home user, you
might be better off getting rid of it entirely.
