Hello,

I would appreciate it someone can provide me with information on
standards of the sales commission structure, for apparel
manufacturers, or more specifically, headwear (cap and hat) companies
where product margin is usually low (sometimes as low as 10%).

I would also be interested in finding out how the % typically change with
the change in base salary, and sales volume etc.
