I haven't found a single reference to this phrase online. Where did
you encounter it?

I received a xerox of picture of a young man looking into a mirror.
His reflection in the mirror was that of a smiling devil-figure. The
words--as in a title of a book or illustration--were "The Unborn
Benevolant Manipulator."

"Benevolent Manipulator" is defined as one of the four types of
maternal grandmother in "Mother of My Mother: The Intricate Bond
Between Generations" by Hope Edelman, but I expect one must be first
be born before one can become a grandmother.

It does not convey respect but it does describe God.
1. Unborn..God has no beginning and no end. Revelation 1;8, 21;6, 22;3..
2. Benevolent.. John 3;16...For God loved the world so much....
3. Manipulator..[ the gathering together of all the nations, leading
to Armageddon..Revelation 6;15, 11;18, 16;16.
There is a set timetable for Armageddon and it will not be late...Habbakukk 2;3

It was not a Bible question.

While the answers so far are interesting, I don't think they are
completely on track: The person who sent me this is a Buddhist
teacher, so "unborn" in the Buddhist sense, has a special meaning.
Also: the drawing: a young man with beads around his neck, innocent
looking, peering into a mirror in which a smiling, eager devil smiles
back...
