I am looking for a complete listing of all the zip codes for metro NYC
all 17 counties in NY, NJ & CT as a list and on a map (like the phone
book maps) sorted top down by county for per capita income and
residential home value

The demographic information can be the most current whenever that is
even if it is not from the 2000 census

Unfortunately, the Census Bureau has not released income data from the
2000 census to the public just yet. When it does, you will be able to
get the info you seek from (factfinder.census.gov).
