I was in Italy last September and again last week, and the hotel where
I stayed served the best tea I have ever had. The name of the brand
was Superior Whittington Teas with a label name of ERACLEA. They came
in separately wrapped bag envelopes, with over 40 flavors, with  names
like "Caribbean delight", "Vanilla", "Slim and Light Herbal tea",
"Tropical blend", etc.
I have a link with a picture of the teas,

site. A reference to GAMME ERACLEA search took me to a company in
France, somehow connected to or related to ERACLEA. Their website is
http://www.italchoco.com/. this lead me to Natfood.com, which does not
have in their site any similar tea! Where can I find and purchase or
call to order the Whittington Teas? A friend is presently in Europe,
and he would be able to purchase it in Rome, if I am able to respond
to him within the next day or so. I also sent an e-mail to
italchoco@wanadoo.fr, which was the only lead connected to the initial
search. I hope you can find the manufacturing company location and
contact information, any of their distributors in Rome or the U.S. and
where I can order/purchase these teas.

Under the Prodotti heading, you'll find a listing for Whittington Teas.

It sure as h**l isn't obvious from the site how one goes about
ordering their Prodotti, however.  Perhaps a researcher who
understands Italian will be able to delve a bit deeper here.

the link for the picture was just a deduction I made from the
artmoney.fr design that appeared in an earlier web site. Did a search
for that and wanadoo came up, with another search engine. Thus, I
requested the name of the tea and the word ERACLEA and the link with
the page 1 of the teas came on.

So my initial search took me to: http://monsite.wanadoo.fr/artmoney/index.jhtml
from here I linked to the teas.

I think that  Whittington's Teas is a British company.  
I have seen their shops in London, Cardiff etc.

What about emailing the hotel and asking them for the contact information?

Sorry: it's Whittard's of Chelsea that is the tea and coffee merchant
that I mentioned earlier.

i found this tea site with a sample kit to test out 16 or 17 different
teas for a low price. you may find what you are looking for here. they
have premium loose teas and offer an organic sampler. just a thought.
