im 37 and want to have a better work/family balance.i currently work
in sales.i want to earn 40k plus and would  enjoy working from home or
being my own boss.i live in warwickshire, England.i have limited
qualifications and used to be in the armed forces from 16 to 22.im not
good at manual work but very good with people.i have a mortgage so
need to earn 40k plus within areasonable period of time.any
suggestions ?

Well if you like people maybe you could look into some buisness
managment classes. I do not know of your previous work experiance so
that is as good as I can say right now.

what are business management classes. ? my previous experience is
sales .real estate and advertising.

automated business system. I am running the business part time at the
