getting this name from a reputable source, if memory is correct Oprah
magazine.

Well, sad to say I tried both Ebay and Replacements.com and didn't
turn up a single stem.

The good news is that Replacements has a service that allows you to
sign up to be notified when your pattern is available.  Fostoria
Galleria is a pattern they track and try to stock.  I've been on their
list for my pattern (not Fostoria) for a couple of years now, and
they've been helpful but non-invasive in terms of letting me know what
was available, with the price listed.  Here's the page that allows you
