We will outsource our programming to chineese programmers. To do that
we need a contract which protect our rights (that we own the source
code we send them which they will work on, that we will own the code
they make, that they can not sell our code or in any other way make it
availible to 3 parties etc etc).

That outsoursing contract has to be legal in china (I know that for
Russian contractors, the contracts need to be in Russian as well as in
English - I am not sure if this is needed for china).

If more than one standard contract is found while the research is done
it would be good to get links to several such contracts. Also if easy
to find, info on outsoursing computer programming in china.

And I thought staying in America would help me land a programming job.
