I recently was on a site that tracked accepted and denied bids at
priceline.com - so you could get an idea of what fares/prices were
being accepted, what kind of hotels you would get, etc. I can't find
the site. it is a current site.

Hello there!

I'm currently researching to answer your question, but I just realized
that I've got a question to clarify exactly what you're looking for.

Are you looking for a specific page (i.e. exactly the one you were on
earlier), or do you want some links to pages that track priceline.com
bids?

If you're trying to find a specific page, can you give me some details
about it? What color was the background, were there any images, can
you remember a few words or a phrase from the page text?

Sorry for the confusion - please let me know whether you're looking
for a specific page, or just some that list priceline.com bids, and
I'll do my best to find your answer.

Dear Bootsy,

I found a few pages that offer a service similar to the one you've described.

Priceline Deals is a page that collects average accepted bids, and allows you
to search on them.
http://www.pricelinedeals.com/

Bidding for Travel is a forum where people post their accepted/denied bids.
It also features an extensive FAQ that contains smart bidding tips.

I hope this will be of some use to you, thanks for the clarification!
