The way e-mail addresses usually work:

Example:
webmaster@samplesit.com
[webmaster] - this part states the user account of the recipent
[@] - This sign divides the user account name and the sever address
[samplesit] - This is the DNS name of the server
[.com] - DNS extention, can be .org, .gov, .net, etc.

The site will be at www.(theserversDNS)(.DNS extention)
In this case it would be www.samplesit.com
