I wish to add a wallpaper photo as the background for my website.  It
is called A Hobbit dwelling and is contained in my pictures folder.

Hi Galadriel,

This is very easy to do. FTP the image to your webspace directory.
Reference it in your HTML page's <BODY> tag as <body
background="nameofphoto.jpg"> and it will tile across the background.

Be forewarned though, text can be hard to read on some backgrounds.
You may want to play around with the image or font colour to make the
text readable. You can also use CSS to place the image, but I'm not
sure what your level of HTML skill is. HTH.
