Colleges and universities are utilizing email and web based
advertising more each year.  Purchasing email addresses for
traditional undergradudates is easy, as these are provided by College
Board.  But I can't find an effective way to purchase email addresses
for prospective graduate and adult, part-time students.  Do you know
of any good web sites or other outlets to purchase these?
