Where can I find statistical information on the average costs for a
small business today just to generate an invoice to a customer?  This
should include data entry. mailing, follow up on receivable or
anything else that would be considered a part of that expense. My
company is a small company and we are generating a lot of small
invoices for services and I am considering ways to justify increasing
the price.
