For the PC, a lot of helpful toolbars exist, such as the Google
Toolbar (http://toolbar.google.com/) and others
(http://searchenginewatch.com/links/article.php/2156381).

User Firefox by Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/).
There's a mac version. It has a search toolbar built in and you can
add an infinite number of search engines to it.

Here are two stand-alone search toolbars:

Huevos has many built-in search engines and lets you add your own:

GooSearch is just for Google:

Do a search on macupdate.com for "search engine" to find many more
