I'm looking for a children's book I had in the early 1980's. I believe
it might have been a small press book, because the book was oversized
but had a soft red cover.

In the book, Cinderella was much larger than her stepsisters. The
godmother makes her shoes from crystal glass punchbowls. When the
Prince brought the shoe around, looking for Cinderella, all the
sisters were able to put their feet together in the shoe.

In the end of the book, after Cinderella and the prince are married,
Cinderella leads the armies and the Prince does flower arrangements in
her shoes.

Does anyone know the name and author of this book? And, even better,
where I might buy a copy?
