I'm looking for someone to check our online documentation for spelling
and gross grammer errors.

I posted the exact same thing on Google Answers in the past, but now
we have made many changes and additions - so it's time for another
check.

For details on exactly what I want, please see my old question here:
http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=231541

There are approximately 350 printed pages now.

To make things interesting - I have introduced 5 intentional obvious
grammer & spelling errors, I will tip you $25 for each of these of
these 5 errors you find.

For ease in formatting, I've included all the corrections in a
Microsoft Notepad file. Google Answers does not yet have a provision
to directly attach files to answers. Therefore, I've placed the file
on sharemation.com, a server with free access.

Please create an account at www.sharemation.com. Once created, you
should be able to search along the left side, for a file called
thinstall.txt. The file is under a /wordfile directory.

If you have any trouble whatsoever, please let me know.
Alternatively, I can upload the file to the server of your choice.

Thank you,

Hello -

Thank you for the kind words, rating, and tip!

I didn't really scan the pictures, since I figured the context of this
question was more about the body text.

I would be glad to do a deeper level of editing in an additional
question -- this could include, but not be limited to, copy
consistency, style/tone, aesthetic evaluation (graphics/fonts
usage/consistency) -- in an additional question.

Thanks,

jbf777

Thanks for your patience... I just completed integrating your changes.
I know that is a lot of documentation to read for $125. It's hard for
me to judge how many errors were caught, so I picked out 5 errors I
noticed before posting this. You found 2 of these problems, so I’m
tipping an additional $50. 2 of the other errors are fairly obvious,
a double word occurrence and a misspelling within one of the pictures.
Judging by this, I think the documentation still needs a bit more
work. :)

I also want to thank you for setting me straight about it’s versus its
– I didn’t realize I have been using this incorrectly so widely…

For the amount of documentation you had to read, I think you did a
great job for the price. Thanks!
