According to the 2003 World Almanac and Book of Facts, the
best-selling magazines for 2001 based on total average paid
circulation during the 6 months ending Dec. 31, 2001 (which is shown
in parenthesis) are:

1. Readers Digest (12,212,040)
2. TV Guide (9,072,609)
3. Better Homes and Gardens (7,602,575)
4. National Geographic (6,890,852)
5. Good Housekeeping (4,708,964)

Are they all US publications? Or is that Readers' Digest global sales?
