I would like to launch an email marketing campaign for my company
website.  We sell wholesale home decor products, but only to licensed
businesses and retailers.  Where is the best source for a targeted, high-quality
email list to suit my needs?

A high quality source of email lists is at http://www.edithroman.com 

They are not the cheapest, but you get very targeted, high quality lists.
