I'm trying to get a more detailed profile of how Nitric Oxide (NO)
Stimulators work, and whether or not they are considered safe.

I use NIR LED's to do this, but the mechanism is still not completely
understood. You will feel an effect with 700-900 nm LED's if they can
penetrate through your skin.
