Dear Mongolia-ga,
This seems to be no independent comprehensive list of broadband
suppliers in the UK, but these sites seem to provide extensive lists.
Only one is alphabetical, so its ackward to compare the two.
I know that you?ll let me known if this list meets your requirements.
I can combine and print the list in the answer if you wish.

As a general comment I am surprised that there are so
many of them. I am curious if every ISP offers broadband 
service?.

Dear Mongolia-ga,

In trying to answer your supplementary question, I found another site
which also has an extensive list for broadband.

ISP Review breaks down the ISP into the type of services they provide
(I didn?t realise there were so many ISPs!).

They have details of 142 - Unmetered 
233 - local call rate Free 
63 - local call rate Pay 
44 - Wireless 
219 - ADSL 
3 - Cable 
47 ? Sat

Looking at the list of 233 local call rate Free, there are many names
which do not appear in the ADSL list. However, there is no one list
combining all services.
